Trip to Hong Kong would not complete if without trying dim sum. These
are delightful, mouth-watering Chinese snacks served in steaming bamboo baskets
and eaten with pots and pots of Chinese tea for breakfast or lunch. Steamed
pork buns, shrimp dumplings, beef balls and pan-fried squid with spicy salt are
just some of the local favourites.

After long search and
filter by popularity and pricing, I recommend a dim sum restaurant located at
Mong Kok, Tim Ho Wan Dim Sum Specialist. 添好运点心专门店. Please be mind that the queue time is extremely
long. From far, we saw a long queue but the shop has not yet starts serving. However,
I am not regret for spending 1 and half hour queue for this. This restaurant
worth my 5 stars apart from long queue. Let me explain why, come to dim sum,
the meat quality should come at the first place. No doubt the shrimp and fish
are so juicy and succulent and you can’t stop a bite. They served Chinese tea
and it is refilled for foc. I ordered for pork bun, pork dumpling, shrimp
dumpling, fried fu zhok, steamed pork buns and Osmanthus cake. The services are
excellent; waiter and boss are friendly and teach tourists the way to eat dim
sum and takes photo for the group. We are glad to see the bill price is cheap
and it makes me to give 5 stars.

Mong Kok is known as
popular shopping street market in Hong Kong. For
fashion lovers you could find bargained handbag, handphone case, camera, shoes,
clothes and many other things. There are few streets where you must-visit. Lady
Market(女人街)(D3 exit
from Mong Kok), Tung Choi Street(通菜街), Xi Yong Choi Street (西洋菜街).

Along the crowded streets, there are a lot of good
snacks which are curry fish ball, egg puff(鸡蛋仔), stink taufu(臭豆腐), Yoji mannose
(杨枝甘露).

We missed to go to Stanley
because had wasted some time on the breakfast queuing. Stanley is
a small town situated at the South of Hong Kong Island. It has a very beautiful
beach and you could buy a coffee/tea and sit at the café beside the beach and
enjoy the breeze. Personally I think Stanley is a
very relaxing place to go after tones of shopping and people squeezing. Travel
does not need to visit all the must-go places. In fact, it is the time to relax
and slow down our pace which we have missed in our daily life.
In order to reach Stanley, take
subway to Causeway Bay
(exit B), cross over the road and take bus 40.

(即大新銀行旁的街口) 小巴40線赤柱村↔銅鑼灣（登龍街）
The attraction place in
Stanley are 赤柱市集, 濱海餐廳街、美利樓, 赤柱卜公碼頭.
At evening, we went to Causeway Bay and
there is all about Shopping again and you can take a stroll for Fashion Walk,
Island Beverley, The Lee Gardens, Lee Theatre Plaza, Times
Square and World Trade Centre.

Day 3 is basically about shopping and walking. My
girlfriend really enjoying and perhaps this is the natural behavior of woman. On
the other hand, I enjoy eating and trying new food and snack, looking for some
gadget. See you in the next day.
