Hong Kong Day 2

When travel to Hong Kong, remember to visit AustraliaDairy Company at Nathan road. Don’t be sceptical you need to queue to get the table and don’t be surprise most of the time you need to share the table with other. We ordered the set meal which included the toast with scrambled egg macaroni soup topped with ham, and come with coffee or milk tea. The most famous dessert for this shop is the steam egg white with milk.

Today was Friday. It is a good day to go to theme park to avoid the weekend crowd and I choose Ocean Park. Here are the reasons; you can see the different marine animal exhibit and show, old hong kong street (newly opened) and more entertainment facilities. I would visit Disneyland if ever go again. Let’s take the train to Admiralty and the Admiralty bus interchange is just attached to the train station. Just 1 min or walk out from the train station, take 629 to directly go to Ocean Park. The park opening time is from 10 am until 7.30pm. It was a wonderful moment spent with beloved or family.

Around 4 pm we took the 629a bus to Central no 7 harbour port (中環7號碼頭). Then we took the star ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui. Star ferry carries the passengers from Kowloon Island to Hong Kong Island across the Victory Harbour. The fare takes 2 – 2.5 HKD per trip and it is economical ride for river transport.

Evening time of Victoria Harbour

Tsim Sha Tsui has plenty of luxurious brand shop for shopaholics. The superb Harbour City is the one of the area's largest and most famous shopping and entertainment complexes, including Ocean Terminal, where visiting cruise liners berth. The nearby Star House features shops selling the latest electronic and computer equipment. Canton Road, opposite Harbour City, is the perfect place to browse for designer wear and snag superb pieces from local and international designers.

Keep an eye on your watch because the symphony of light show will be showing at 8pm every evening at Victoria Harbour. We reached around 7.30pm and already covered by the crowd. Sigh, I felt hard to snap a good picture other than the people’s head. Finally I give up on finding great position but rather hug my girlfriend and enjoy the show. Well, finally the crowd have dismissed, and I can continue for shooting. Victoria harbour is so far the beautiful night view city I ever see. Slow down our pace and sitting in front of Victoria Harbour, you will found happiness can actually be simple and peaceful.
